Tower of God Chapter 585: Release Date, Spoilers & Where to Read

Tower of God Chapter 585 is the next for the series the war between the Po Bidau family, and the Lo Po Bia family will get more intense from here on. Hugo has decided to attack the enemy fleet herself, which has caused Albedo to also join the battlefield. A fierce is about to take place as Albedo and Hugo will clash in the upcoming chapters! 

Meanwhile, Yasaracha and Yama succeeded in getting a hold of the book, but alas, they got the wrong one. They both are unaware of this and so it’s a huge suspense as to what will happen when they finally realize that their efforts have gone to waste.

Tower of God Chapter 584: Recap

The chapter opens up with Lobadon and Hugo’s battleships clashing in the battle area. Hugo stands at the edge of her ship and watches over the situation of the battle when she suddenly receives the report that the Lobadon fleet has put up a defensive barrier.

Hugo finds it hard to believe that the side which came to attack them is now putting up the defense and only attacking from a long distance. 

Hugo inquires about the gate that was destroyed previously, but she finds that even though the gate is irreparable, it is still of no strategic importance, which means that Lobadon probably mistook it for the gate to the mother ship. 

Hugo asks all battleships to be on guard because she can’t figure out what exactly does Lobadon fleet want from them. Meanwhile, on the Lobadon fleet side, Lobadon stands at the vanguard of his battleships and monitors the situation of the battle.

Lobadon receives a report that due to their current strength, the forces would suffer a huge blow if the Hugo fleet decided not to hold back and send some high-rankers. The officers request Lobadon to deploy the Beastkin, but he refuses because he promised them.

Lobadon tells his officers that he knows Hugo and says that even though she enjoys fighting, she isn’t someone who would sacrifice her troops to get that fun. Lobadon reassures everyone that as long as they don’t damage Hugo’s fleet too much, she won’t retaliate.

Lobadon says that if the situation stays like this, then they would keep their losses at a minimum and even get the chance to negotiate with the Po Bidau family. Meanwhile, inside the Victor fleet, a few people on Hugo’s side plan a huge explosion to make her fight Albedo and eventually meet her end just because they all hate her. 

Hugo notices the explosion in her Anchorage ship and wonders how it happened when the enemy hasn’t even attacked. She receives a report stating that something came out of the transportation. Hugo wonders if this was what Albedo was waiting for all along. The Lo Po Bia family issues a discernment response and unleashes the Kirin Army’s Execution squad. 

The Po Bidau fleet suffers a huge blow as the Kirin Execution Squad quickly takes out a huge part of their forces. Hugo decides not to hold back anymore and sets out to fight Albedo head-on after asking the mother ship for backup.

Hugo’s subordinates try to stop her by telling her that her value is more than the entire fleet, but she refuses because she wants to live up to that value. 

Hugo says that if she stayed back any longer, then their forces would be wiped out. Hugo makes her way to the defensive line and destroys it in one strike, which terrifies the entire Lo Po Bia forces.

She continues to cause havoc in Albedo’s fleet until Albedo himself decides to stop her. Albedo tries to convince Hugo to retreat, but she refuses because of the damage her fleet has incurred. 

Meanwhile, Yasaracha and Yama face Guiscard in the library. Yasaracha suffers a huge blow as his heart nearly shatters due to Guiscard’s attack, but he manages to push through with the help of Yama, and they eventually get a hold of the book and kill Guiscard.

They both escape the area, and after they leave, a mysterious person enters the library and states that the book they took was a fake.
