Ruben Jose King-Shaw, Jr., is an Independent Director of Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics, Inc., (formerly Lucid, Inc.). Mr. King-Shaw was elected to the Board in December 2010. Since 2004, he has served as the chief executive officer of Mansa Equity Partners, Inc., a private equity and investment advisory firm specializing in supporting the growth of healthcare companies. He currently serves on the Obama administration’s Medicare’s Program Advisory and Oversight Commission, and he has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Steward Health, LLC since November 2010, and the Lead Director of athenahealth, Inc., a public health services company, since 2004. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. King-Shaw served as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service and prior to public service, had 20 years of operating and executive experience in various health care service organizations.
