Rebecca Lynn Pope Will Be The Host Of A New Show Called “Marry Me Now.”

This weekend, Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) is launching a new show called Marry Me Now. Rebecca Lynn Pope, a life coach and guidance counselor, will host the show about unusual relationships. She will appear on the reality show advising eight women in charge of their fate to propose to their boyfriends. According to her network profile, Pope specializes in relationship counseling, confidence coaching, spiritual healing, leadership development, and business coaching.

Her biography goes on to say:

“As a woman of faith, she brings heart healing and spiritual guidance to women around the globe.”

Marry Me Now will be Pope’s first collaboration with the OWN television network.

Rebecca Lynn Pope’s Professional Life

Pope is a professional matchmaker and love coach from Atlanta who earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Washington. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Education and Counseling/Counseling from Argosy University Atlanta. She is the creator and CEO of many “six- and seven-figure businesses and brands” worldwide. Pope co-owns The Abundant Life Path with her husband, Kerry A. Pope. She is the CEO of the Abundant Life Path Coaching Certification as well as the Millionaire Coach, a marketing and branding company.

Pope is also a published author and motivational television speaker. When asked about Mary Me Now, she told the Atlanta Constitution Review:

“When they contacted me, I didn’t know it was a PRIVATE program.” When they describe the host, he resembles me. “I can show up and be myself.”

The Holy Father added:

“I educate them about relationships and dating so they can be with someone they truly love.”

Marry Me Now will feature eight women in their twenties and thirties from Houston, Texas. These girls will arrange everything from wedding dresses to rings, with the support of the Pope and will eventually propose to their boyfriends. The plan will be completed in three days, and she will ask questions on the third day.

The males won’t know about the plot, making it an ambush. At the end of each episode, it is revealed whether the boys accept the girls’ marriage proposal or not. The romantic reality show will premiere on OWN and Discovery+ on Saturday, March 19 at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
