How to trade manaphy for any pokemon you want
Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. The most common causes of this issue are:
- If you are using Maxthon or Brave as a browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, you should know that these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse. Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests.
- Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does. This triggers our anti-spambot measures, which are designed to stop automated systems from flooding the site with traffic. Continued use of these apps may cause your IP to be blocked indefinitely. There is no official GameFAQs app, and we do not support nor have any contact with the makers of these unofficial apps.
- Using a script or add-on that scans GameFAQs for box and screen images (such as an emulator front-end), while overloading our search engine
- Running a “scraper” or “downloader” program that either does not identify itself or uses fake headers to elude detection
- Using a badly configured (or badly written) browser add-on for blocking content
- Overusing our search engine with a very large number of searches in a very short amount of time

You need A thing called Mystery Gift and I’ll tell you how to get it in 6 Simple steps:
1) Go to the Jubilife TV station in Jubilife City.
2) Go to the 3rd floor.
3) Talk to the man in the lower room (he’s on the left).
4) The first two words you tell him are ” everyone ” and ” happy “.
5) the second two words are ” Wi-Fi ” and ” Connection “.
6) This will then unlock the Mystery Gift feature on the main menu.
The Mystery Gift feature has three options:
1) Get from a Friend.
2) Get via Wireless.
3) Get via Nintendo WFC. Well i don’t have manaphy or any of those but i do have a shiny Raikou i just got yesterday. well good luck ill let you know if the date of manaphy comes by. My ID No. is 48015.. ill be glad to trade u any Pokemon.. hehe
hey u want to trade camerupt for female arcanine?? the camerupt is a female
you can’t actually catch a manaphy on Pokemon pearl. you have to finish the game Pokemon ranger, then trade it over. You can SEE one however at the Pokemon mansion in Mr Backlots office.

Manaphy cannot be physically caught in Pokémon Pearl however you can retrieve it from one of the Pokémon Ranger games. Using the first Pokémon Ranger game in order to send it over to Pokémon Pearl you will need 2 separate Nintendo DS systems. Once you have completed the Manaphy Egg mission in the original Pokémon Ranger game you will be able to transfer it over at any point in time. The first objective is to turn on Ranger and to tap on the “Ranger Net” menu and then tap the “Check the Egg” selection. Now touch the screen and select “Send message.” Now use your second DS system (makes no difference if you’re using a DS, DSi or 3DS) and load Pokémon Pearl as soon as you hit a button on the title screen you will see a message telling you it has detected the message from the Pokémon Ranger so press the A button to continue and then select “Link with Pokémon Ranger” as it instructs you to do and then you will need to press the A button to continue and then you will need to go back to the Pokémon Ranger screen and tap it to confirm it and then you will need to tap “Transfer” and then you will need to confirm it by selecting “Yes” and then it will send the egg over to Pearl however you will need to talk to the man with the green hat in the Poke Mart in order to receive the egg. The egg will hatch into Manaphy.
Why can’t I trade Meltan on Pokémon Home
If you’re like me, hopping onto the GTS to see what Pokémon are available to trade was one of the first things you did in Pokémon Home. And if you are even more like me, you checked for something really cool like a shiny Japanese Ditto. Surprisingly, there were plenty up there for my potential breeding of other shiny characters, but there was a hitch. They wanted a Meltan or other rare and valuable creature, and the app wouldn’t let me trade with them. To explain this, here’s which special Pokémon can’t be traded on GTS in Pokémon Home.
Which Special Pokémon Can’t be Traded
And that right there answers a lot of my questions, with these restrictions in place specifically for the GTS platform, and not Pokémon Home as a whole. If you’re trading with friends, anything goes, but on GTS where random players can meet up to swap pre-determined characters, there are restrictions. Specifically, any Mythical Pokémon is considered a “special Pokémon” and will generate the error “this is a special Pokémon and can’t be offered for a trade” whenever you try.
Legendary and event Pokémon don’t have this restriction though, so feel free to trade them any time you want on GTS. The big question now is why players can even request these types of creatures when the app itself prevents them from being swapped. There’s no real answer though, so let’s move on to the second question of which characters count as Mythical Pokémon. Here’s the list in order of release…
Mew
Celebi
Jirachi
Deoxys
Darkrai
Shaymin
Arceus
Manaphy
Phione.
Victini
Keldeo
Meoletta
Genesect
Hoopa
Volcanion
Diancie
Zeroara
Marshadow
Magearna
Zeraora
Meltan
Melmetal
So that’s which special Pokémon can’t be traded on GTS in Pokémon Home. Hopefully this restriction goes away once the app is more stable and becomes a more natural way to swap characters between players. I wouldn’t be too anxious for that to happen though.
is there any other way besides going to a pokemon meeting?and does anyone want to trade me one

you either must have pokemon ranger and have the code number thing and get it and complete the manaphy mission and trade it over to pokemon earl.
or hack using action replay.
or trade it with someone else that has one.
you can use the wild pokemon modifier code
1. Press L+R at the menu screen, then you’ll get 493 Masterballs in your Items pocket.
2. Set Masterballs’ quantity to the National number of the pokemon you want. (Example: Mew=Pokemon number 151, discard until you have 151 Master balls)
3. Hold L and encounter Pokemon. DO NOT push L+R together again or you will have 493 Masterballs again (unless you want Arceus as his Pokemon number is 493)
you could also trade at gts if you have good pokemon
Sorry but you cannot get manaphy in pokemon pearl or diamond. It is an event pokemon. You can only get him if you cheat by using an action replay but i sincerely dont recomend cheats. Hope i helped and have fun =)
Sorry but you cannot get manaphy in pokemon pearl or diamond.
but there are four alternative
2.use an actuon replay
3.us the pokemon ranger and trade it to your pokemon d/p

Manaphy is a very rare and hard to obtain Pokemon, anyone who has one probably won’t give it to you. If you want one, I suggest buying Pokemon Ranger for DS and getting a Manaphy yourself. Good luck!
ok as a suggestion id post what pokemon so people can think about it first and 2nd you can get manaphy egg from another pokemon game doing something special in pokemon ranger if you cant find anyone who will trade and you can search google for people trading in forums or on any site. i like my manaphy a lot so will not trade but another way is to get a action replay get a code on it for that and get a manaphy but that is a cheat for the game so its kind of cheating that way
No offence, yet it incredibly is almost a stupid question. Pokemon Diamond and Platinum are the two from the 4th era, so of direction! i’m assuming your buddy is utilising a jap Pokemon Platinum. in any different case, your buddy has a hacked interest. in case you like the Sky Forme of Shaymin, verify that’s retaining the Glacedia flower, that’s modern in Floaroma city in Platinum.
sure i’ll trade you lv. 100 manaphy for a level 100 swampert or at least a swampert thats at least lv. 90.
If my codes wrong say so on add details and I’ll change it.
im on right Now
and i want swampert
dude but since I gave you manaphy AND phione

If you find any errors or missing information in this guide, or if you have any feedback, please let me know.
Choose the Games that You Want to Trade Between
To begin, choose the game to trade from, OR use the form below.
What You Need
To send pokémon from Pokémon Ruby to Pokémon Pearl, you need a Nintendo DS that has a GBA cartridge slot.
Please make sure that your cartridges are genuine Nintendo products! Counterfeit games might not be able to trade. Here is a guide that explains how to check if a GBA game is genuine or fake: How to Spot Fake/Bootleg Pokémon Games. Here is a guide that explains how to check if a Nintendo DS game is genuine or fake: Quick and Easy Ways to Spot a Bootleg Nintendo DS Game. For more information, including contact information for reporting bootlegs, visit Nintendo’s anti-piracy web site.
In-Game Requirements
Before you can send pokémon from Pokémon Ruby to Pokémon Pearl, you have to meet the following requirements in the game:
- In Pokémon Ruby, you need to get the Pokédex from Professor Birch in Littleroot Town, and you need to have at least two pokémon in your party.
- In Pokémon Pearl, you need to have seen all 150 pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex (excluding Manaphy), then talk to Professor Rowan in Sandgem Town to get the National Pokédex.
How to Trade
This is a ONE-WAY TRANSFER! Pokémon sent from Pokémon Ruby to Pokémon Pearl cannot be sent back to Pokémon Ruby!
Put your Pokémon Ruby cartridge into the GBA slot of the Nintendo DS. Put your Pokémon Pearl cartridge into the DS game slot. Start your Pokémon Pearl game and choose the “Migrate from Pokémon Ruby” option in the menu. When asked to migrate, say Yes. When asked to confirm, say Yes. Choose exactly six pokémon (no more and no less) to transfer. After choosing, say Yes, and when informed that the pokémon cannot be returned to the GBA cartridge, say Yes.
Then start your game of Pokémon Pearl. You need to go to Pal Park in the game. The Pal Park is in Route 221. To get there, go south from Sandgem Town and use Surf to travel to Route 219. Go south from there to Route 220, then use the northeast path to go to route 221. Keep going east until you reach a building. This is Pal Park. Go inside.
Using the Pal Park
Before using Pal Park, you might want to bring a Pokémon with you that knows Surf, because certain areas of Pal Park are only accessible with Surf. If this is your first visit, Professor Oak will talk to you. Afterward, go up to the counter and talk to the guy wearing a construction helmet. Say Yes when asked to participate in the Catching Shows. He will ask if you want to read the instruction manual. When you are done, choose UNDERSTOOD! Then say Yes to participate in a Catching Show now. He’ll give you six Park Balls. Then you will enter the Pal Park. Run around in the tall grass to encounter the pokémon that you migrated from Pokémon Ruby. The Park Balls always capture successfully, just like Master Balls (but you can only use Park Balls inside Pal Park), so just throw a Ball and you will catch the pokémon. Repeat this process to catch all of the pokémon that you migrated from Pokémon Ruby. After you have caught them all, you will be asked if you want to put all of the caught pokémon in PC Boxes.
Don’t forget to trade with friends.
Pokémon Home allows players to trade almost any Pokémon with players from around the world using a slightly revamped Global Trade System. But just like the GTS in older games, there are a few notable exclusions from the list that you’re unable to trade.
That list basically only involves Mythical Pokémon from each of the generations that were only obtainable via event or other methods outside of the main game.
Game Freak has done this since introducing the GTS in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, making Pokémon with the Mythical status something that players have to work for by actually participating in events to catch them. This is due to these Pokémon being considered rarer than any others in the game, even Legendary Pokémon, due to the limited nature of those events and Mystery Gifts.
So when trying to build up your National Pokédex, here are the Pokémon you’ll need to get without relying on the GTS.
- Mew
- Celebi
- Jirachi
- Deoxys
- Phione
- Manaphy
- Darkrai
- Shaymin
- Arceus
- Victini
- Keldeo
- Meloetta
- Genesect
- Diancie
- Hoopa
- Volcanion
- Magearna
- Marshadow
- Zeraora
- Meltan
- Melmetal
Some of them, like Mew and Meltan, are both easy to get through Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Let’s Go, Eevee!, Pokémon Go, or the Poké Ball Plus. But the others are going to take some work and potentially some outside help. And don’t be fooled, because the GTS will still let you request Pokémon from this list even though you won’t actually be able to receive them.
The good news is none of these restrictions apply to normal trades between individuals through Home, so feel free to reach out to someone you know and ask for help in finishing your Pokédex that way. Just be prepared for the grind of finding someone who actually has all of these Mythical Pokémon.

You can’t. You need to have Pokemon Ranger if you want Manaphy. You can’t catch a Manaphy in Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. You will not find Manaphy in the entire game.Manaphy is the rarest Pokemon in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
Very many pokemon fans have wanted a chance to capture one of the rarest pokemon in sinnoh MANAPHY, but due to the fact that pokemon diamond and pearl do not have any availible manaphy in the ENTIRE GAME. So the easiest way for you to get a manaphy is for you to get the game Called POKEMON RANGER. This game has a mission that is available for you to play after you do a few things.
(1) Beat the Pokemon Ranger game.
(2) On the ranger net screen hold the buttons R, X, and the D-PAD LEFT (if you beat the game you will know what the ranger net is).
(3) When the screen says enter password, input P8M2-9D6F-43H7 (Cap-sense is on).
(4) Then at the special missions screen you will see a mission called RESCUE THE EGG. Tap on it then do the mission and get the egg, this will not be easy and will take a lot of time and effort but it all pays off at the end.
(5) Borrow (or buy) a second Nintendo DS and the copy of Pokemon Diamond or Pearl you want the Manaphy on. The second DS should have Pokemon Ranger inserted. Go to the Ranger net with the Ranger DS and tap on CHECK THE EGG and then tap SEND MESSAGE. If your Diamond/Pearl DS is close enough to receive the message, you will get the Manaphy egg traded to you.
Manaphy (Japanese: マナフィ Manaphy) is a Water-type Mythical Pokémon introduced in Generation IV.
While it is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon, Manaphy has the unusual ability to breed, despite being a Mythical Pokémon. It is also unusual in that its offspring are Phione, which do not evolve into Manaphy, and that Manaphy Eggs have a different appearance from other Pokémon Eggs.
It is a member of the sea guardians with Phione.
Manaphy is the last Pokémon in the Sinnoh Pokédex in Diamond and Pearl, before the Platinum expansion.

Manaphy is a small, blue, aquatic Pokémon with stubby feet and club-like arms that are longer than its body. It has a red gem on its chest and a yellow dot below the gem. Its onion-shaped head has a pair of long blue antennae, which have small spheres on the ends. Its irises are dark blue with yellow sclerae, and there are two yellow dots of “eyelash” markings extending from the eyes.
Eighty percent of Manaphy’s body is made of water. It is highly susceptible to its environment, and swims long distances to return to its birthplace. It is born with a special power that allows it to bond with any Pokémon. Manaphy can switch the perspective of people, and Pokémon, with each other using its former signature move, Heart Swap.
is there any other way besides going to a pokemon meeting?and does anyone want to trade me one
6 réponses
you either must have pokemon ranger and have the code number thing and get it and complete the manaphy mission and trade it over to pokemon earl.
or hack using action replay.
or trade it with someone else that has one.
you can use the wild pokemon modifier code

You can’t catch Mew in Pokemon Diamond. You have to trade it from some other version.
For Manaphy, it’s a much easier way. If you have beaten Pokemon Ranger and all three special missions, there will be a third. You have to enter a code (it’s on pokemon.com) and there will be one more mission. Complete it, and you’ll get a Manaphy Egg.
Now transfer the egg over and hatch it, it’s about 2816 steps for it to hatch. Good luck!
um. I don’t think there are any old ones you can catch. In order to get them, you have to Migrate them from your GBA (Game Boy Advance) games. 1.) Put Diamond/Pearl in the DS game slot, and either Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, or Leaf Green into the GBA slot. 2.) Turn Diamond/Pearl on, and on the menu screen (Continue game, Mystery gift, New game, etc.), there now should be an option to Migrate from whatever game you have in the GBA slot. *NOTE* this ONLY works if you have the National Dex. If you don’t have it yet, wait to do this untill you have it. 3.) Pick 6 Pokemon from your GBA game’s Pokemon Storage Box to migrate. *NOTE* Sorry for all the notes, but once you migrate a Pokemon, IT WILL BE GONE FROM THE GAME FOREVER. Be carefull about the ones you choose. 4.) Once you’ve chosen the Pokemon, migrate them, and start up your Diamond/Pearl game. 5.) Fly/Travel to the Pal Park, where you capture the migrated Pokemon with Park Balls. These balls are like Master Balls; they catch without fail. But, they are ONLY used in the Pal Park. Encounter the Pokemon, catch them, and try to beat your time record. Hope this helps! Good luck getting the legendaries. =3
you have to have pokemon ranger. to trade it with pokemon diamond/pearl . you need the code to pokemon ranger to get manaphy go to manaphy.com it says how to get it and what is the code !!
ok. mew you have to migrate from fire red or leaf green. or, if you have an action replay, gameshark. you can use a code to get it. im not that sure about maniphy, i know you have to migrate it from ranger, but thas all.

Also, Mario kicks butt! LOL
seriosly
i need an answer on how to get manaphy i don’t care about trading or sonic or mario just
MANAPHY!
P.S. MARIO rocks BUT NOT QUITE AS GOOD AN SONIC.
The truth
I am just summarising all these answers since i already know.
You cant catch manaphy wild on pokemon platinum (you can via cheats)
you can however obtain him in the pokedex so you can get him in the GTS.
Another way is to get a copy of the game pokemon ranger and finish it. then play the part
of the game called ranger net and you will need to type a password(Google it) and finally
once the event is done finally you will need 2 ds’s and the rest is pretty self
explanetory.

I f you’re still playing Pokémon Sun or Moon (especially ahead of Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon’s release on November 17), you might want to know that you can get a free Legendary (or Mythical, depending on what you want to call it) Pokémon right now. By buying Pokémon Gold or Silver on the Nintendo eShop, you’ll be given a code that allows you to unlock a free Celebi in Pokémon Sun or Moon, the first way to get your very own Celebi in those games, bar trading it with friends.
You’re also able to wait, and use it in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, if you’d like to give yourself a bit of a headstart there. It’s pretty simple to do, too. The instructions are as follows:
To get your code for Celebi –
- Launch Nintendo eShop in your Nintendo 3DS System.
- Select Menu in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings/Other.
- Select Account Activity.
- Select View Receipt on your Pokémon Gold or Pokémon Silver purchase.
- The serial code will be displayed in the purchase details.
To redeem your code in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon:
- Write down the code from your Pokémon Gold or Pokémon Silver game.
- Select Mystery Gift on the main menu.
- Select Receive Gift.
- Select Get with Code/Password, then Yes, and then Yes again to connect to the internet.
- Enter your code.
- Watch as you receive Celebi.
- Speak to the delivery person in any Pokémon Center to pick up Celebi.
You’ve then got to save, or risk losing that Celebi forever, so, y’know, please do save your game afterwards.
T his offer is running until September 31, 2018, with codes redeemable until October 31, 2018. No pressure to rush on it, then. Pokémon Gold and Silver are available to purchase on the Nintendo eShop now, for a more nostalgic Pokémon fix.
and if you know any other legendary pokemon that i can catch besides giratina uxie mesperit regie rock ice and steal dalgia rawqwaza kyoger growdon or hetran please tell me i also want a manaphie i do not use action replay or cheats but i do have pokemon emrald and ruby to migrate off of so if you know how to catch manaphy or latias and/or latios please tell me
5 réponses
Sorry, but there is no way to catch Arceus without cheating, yet.
All those Arceus you see are probably hacked or cheats.
For Manaphy, it is also Not in Pokemon Diamond, all I heard was that you have to complete Pokemon Ranger, wait let me just give you the link:
And [email protected], you can catch them in your Emerald,Ruby,or Sapphire and safely migrate them to your Diamond, other than that, that is the only way you can get them.
To catch a Latias and Latios on Emerald,; after you beat the eilt four and you are back home go to the TV it will talk about a new pokemon in the town. Then your mom will ask you what color they said it was;
If you say “Red”, Latias will be roming around and if you say “Blue”, you will have Latios.
To get a Manaphy; you need the Pokemon Ranger game for the DS.
And you can trade it by having a friend letting you barrow thier deck to trade DS to DS.
Pokemon Go has been a great revelation and is one of the most successful mobile games to ever hit the market. The game now has more than 40 million active users with all of them searching for Pokemon throughout the world. Although Pokemon Go is a very good game, there have been a few instances where players were able to break the game and use cheats to level up faster. Some online Pokecoins generators are also coming up which promises unlimited Pokecoins to users (you risk getting banned).
We have already seen players use different types of cheats up to this point. Some of those cheats have worked well, while others failed miserably, and even earned bans for players.
Now, The Daily Dot’s Mike Wehner has come up with another new cheat which will allow you to catch any Pokemon you want without even leaving your couch. This cheat will only work for Android devices and is bound to ruin your experience. Make sure you turn away if you are enjoying the game as this cheat takes away all the fun out of this game.
Disclaimer: We’re not responsible for you getting banned or your device getting damaged as a result of using this guide. Read and follow at your own discretion.
Here’s the Cheat Method
Use Pokevision to find a Pokemon of your choice.
Get the coordinates of the Pokemon from Pokevision.
Get a FakeLocation app and insert the GPS location of your choice.
Log in to your Pokemon Go app once again by restarting it and BAM! You’ll be right there near the Pokemon.
Catch the Pokemon.
We are detailing the entire method in a step by step guide. Be warned though, don’t do it unless you’re sure to know you’re familiar with all this.
Pulling off The Cheat
Using mock locations was easy when the game first launched, but now Niantic has become smarter. They have implemented various techniques which prevents players from setting up mock locations. However, a work around for this issue has also been discovered so that the above mentioned cheat can be used smoothly.
To pull off the above cheat smoothly you’ll need to complete the following steps:
1. Root your device
The first step in this process is rooting your device. You do this by using various unofficial apps and tutorials that are available.
Here are some methods to root your device:
Here’s the XDA Developers tutorial, which will help you figure out which method is the best for your device.
2. Install Xposed Framework
Installing the Xposed Framework will let you to install the FakeLocation app, which will allow you to spoof the GPS of your phone. Make sure your phone is rooted currently in order to install the FakeLocation app.
3. Install The FakeLocation app
After successfully installing the Xposed framework, open the Xposed installer and move over to the download section. Then search for ‘FakeLocation’ there and swipe to the ‘Version’ tab. Make sure you download the latest version of the program. After downloading ‘FakeLocation,’ open the Xposed installer again and go to the ‘Modules’ section and activate the module.
4. Set up the FakeLocation app
After your phone has restarted, you will find the FakeLocation app installed. Open the app and select the Settings option which is at the top of the screen. After tapping on the Settings icon, toggle the option ‘System Apps’ on and then exit and refresh the apps list. Remember, you don’t need to change the GPS date in the Pokemon Go app. You only need to alter the GPS setting for Google Play services.
Once you are successful in changing the GPS settings in the Google Play, exit the app. Open the Pokemon Go app now and find the Pokemon of your choice right from your home without ever needing to go out.
If you have the game for the Nintendo DS called Pokemon Ranger, how do you get Manaphy and once you have gotten him,how do you transfer him to Pokemon Pearl? Thanks lots! Detailed answer would be nice. 🙂

Step 1: Access Ranger Net after finishing the DS game Pokemon Ranger. When you see ranger net on your main menu, click on it.
Step 2: Your bottom screen will show “Play a special mission.” On your Nintendo DS press the top Right trigger, the X Button, and left on your directional + pad, all at the same time.
Step 3: You should now see a screen that says ” ‘Enter the password’ has been added.”
Step 4: Tap the touch screen, and wait as the game saves.
Step 5: After the game saves, tap the screen again, and a new menu will come up that says “Enter the password.”
Step 6: When you click on the password menu, you’ll be allowed to “Enter the password”!
Step 7: Enter the password with capital letters:
* In America / Canada / Australia it is P8M2–9D6F–43H7
* In Europe it is Mg35-Cpb8-4FW8 says
Step 8: You’ll see special message that says the mission is active “You’ve been assigned the special mission: ‘Recover the Precious Egg’ Play it from the Ranger Net menu. Please turn off the game.” Turn off the game.
Step 9: Turn on the game again. At the menu screen, access Ranger Net and you’ll see an option to “Play a special mission”. Select it.
Step 10: The mission “Recover the Precious Egg!” appears. Select it.
Step 11: You did it! Congratulations, now start the mission to get the Manaphy Egg. Once you’ve found the Manaphy Egg you’ll get to see this video scene…

pokemon Diamond cant trade with pokemon blue dungeon but i can u can get manaphy in pokemon ranger read the the directions below:
Unlock Manaphy (Pokemon Ranger)
1. Turn on your other DS with the D/P cart.
2 Select the option to transfer Manaphy.
3. Do the wireless ok’s and what not.
4 Go to the nearest mart with 5 pokemon or less to pick up your egg
can u please give me 10 points by setting me as the best answer

A thing should pop up and you must put the password P8M2-9D6F-43H7 then press the mission called “Save the precious egg”. After you get the egg trade it on another Ds(two) stay on the “Title Screen” then after a while press start and it should say that you recieved a manaphy egg. Hatch it and then find a Ditto with a Poke Radar witch is hard to get for most people. After the egg hatches it will be a Phione.
If you don’t understand the paragraph above then follow these simple steps:
-Get Pokemon Ranger game
-Finish it and got to PokeNet
-Press Right(not on pad), X, and Left on the pad
-Put in P8M2-9D6F-43H7
-Play “Save precious egg”
-Trade egg with seperat Ds(two)
-On other Ds stay on Title screen for a while
-After a while press start then it should say you recieved a manaphy egg
-Hatch it
-Find Ditto with Poke Radar
-Breed them and you will have Phione egg
I tried battle subway and the battle institute, and none of the new encounters came to my Pokedex.
When I capture a Pokemon, the Pokemon goes to my Pokedex with a small Pokeball on his left side. When I fight some Pokemon, he goes to my Pokedex WITHOUT the small Pokeball.
Like when I fought Shauntal from Elite Four and Froslass came to my Pokedex. but in Gen V Froslass is ONLY available by trade.
In the Global trade you can only search for Pokemon that you saw at least once. I want get more Pokemons in my Pokedex, so I will be able to trade more (eg.: Tornadus is a Pokemon BLACK ONLY, I never saw him, and I can’t look for him in Global trade)

I’ve filled both the Gen IV National Pokedex and the Gen V Unova Pokedex, except for Meloetta. Here are some guidelines:
- If you battle every trainer, you will be able to see every Pokémon in the local Pokédex, even if you can’t catch it. The only exception are the version-exclusive Tornadus or Thundurus, Landorus (who requires both Tornadus and Thundurus to be present), and the event-only legendaries: Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta and Genesect.
- In Pokémon Black & White 2, an NPC tells you a story about Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus, which marks all three as seen in your Pokédex.
- Pokémon Dream Radar on 3DS lets you catch Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus, and trade these to Black & White 2.
- I completed my Tornadus/Thundurus/Landorus set by trading with a trustworthy friend. You only need to borrow it to fill your Pokédex. If you missed the event Pokémon, trading with a friend way to get those too.
- Meloetta hasn’t been released yet by event. If you missed the Victini, Keldeo and Genesect events, you’ll need to borrow from a friend to fill your Pokédex.
If you also want to fill the National Pokédex:
- To fill the National Pokédex (all 649), you will have to trade with other games.
- Between Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver you can catch all 493 Pokémon except 13 legendaries: Arceus, Celebi, Darkrai, Deoxys, Jirachi, Manaphy, Mew, Phione, Regice, Regigigas, Regirock, Registeel, and Shaymin.
- You will have to trade borrow most of the legendaries from a trustworthy friend, as the events for these Pokémon have long passed. However, Manaphy breeds to produce Phione, and event Regigigas unlocks the other three Regis in Platinum.
- HeartGold/SoulSilver only gives you one of the Hoenn starters and one of Ho-Oh/Lugia. You’ll have to trade for the others.
- HeartGold/SoulSilver only gives you one of either the Red and Blue Orbs to unlock Kyogre and Groudon. If you can borrow the other and catch both Pokémon, Professor Oak will give you the Jade Orb, and you can catch Rayquaza.
- Pokémon Emerald (GBA) is an excellent source of Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Regice, Regirock, Registeel and the Hoenn starters. The three Regis will also unlock Regigigas in Diamond, Pearl or Platinum.
So we all know Pokemon X and Y is a great game, we went into great detail about it in our review but today I want to talk about Wonder Trade which some players have been abusing and ruining the experience for others. Wonder Trade is a brand new type of trading introduced in Pokemon X and Y which allows trainers all over the world to randomly trade their Pokemon with each other.
Now you must’ve already noticed the main problem here, since the trade is totally random, you don’t really have a say when you get a common ol’ Bidoof in return for your freshly hatched Eevee. This needs to stop as this greatly ruins the experience for others.
If you haven’t tried out Wonder Trade yet you can do so anytime by going to PSS in the bottom screen and select Wonder Trade. You can then choose any Pokemon from your party or any of your boxes and trade them right away.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m trying to scare you guys away from Wonder Trade, it’s the opposite in fact. I want as many people using the Wonder Trade so the guys who are just starting the game can get some help. I remember when I started the game, I traded a few Pokemon and got some Starters and two Eevee’s before getting to the first Gym.
What I suggest is that people who are further into the game avoid trading common Pokemon into the Wonder Trade cycle, instead they should breed their starters or other rare Pokemon so that everyone can have them. It’s all about being generous here.
Here’s a list of some common Pokemon you should avoid courtesy of Reddit user /u/Shadowclaimer:
- Bidoof
- Budew
- Bunnelby
- Burmy
- Caterpie
- Combee (Male) (Females are valuable.)
- Ducklett
- Flabebe
- Fletchling
- Furfrou
- Illumise
- Luvdisc
- Minun
- Oddish
- Pancham
- Panpour
- Pansage
- Pansear
- Pidgey
- Pikachu
- Plusle
- Scatterbug (Consider Vivillion instead!)
- Sentret
- Skiddo
- Volbeat
- Weedle
- Zigzagoon
There are tons of Pokemon others may want that you have many of; version exclusives, Pokemon effected with Pokerus, Pokemon with egg moves, etc. So try your best at making the Wonder Trade a better place!
A bunch of new and returning Pokemon have arrived alongside the Isle of Armor expansion, but you don’t need to own the DLC to get them; here’s how you can add them to your collection.

The first expansion for Pokemon Sword and Shield, The Isle of Armor, is out now. The DLC arrives alongside a new update, which introduces an assortment of new and returning Pokemon to the Galar region. These monsters can only be caught in the new Isle of Armor area, but you don’t need to own the expansion to add them to your collection.
You can obtain the newly added Pokemon in a couple of different ways, even if you haven’t purchased the Sword and Shield Expansion Pass. If you’re looking to get your hands on the monsters, we’ve broken down all the ways you can get the newly added Pokemon without owning the Isle of Armor DLC below.
Transfer From Pokemon Home
If you’ve caught any of the newly reintroduced Pokemon in previous games, you can transfer them into Sword or Shield via Pokemon Home. Newly added Gen 1 Pokemon such as Scyther and Kangaskhan can be brought over from Let’s Go, Pikachu or Let’s Go, Eevee if you have a copy of either title, but any monsters from later generations will need to be transferred from Pokemon Bank on the 3DS. That, however, can be a tricky process, so be sure to check out our guide on how to transfer Pokemon from Bank and other games.
Trading
While the newly reintroduced Pokemon can only be caught in the wild in the new Isle of Armor area, you can still receive them in trades. You can trade with other players within Sword and Shield, but your best bet to get the new monsters is Pokemon Home’s GTS. The GTS is a handy way to trade for a particular Pokemon. Leave a monster on the service and specify which Pokemon you want in return, and the trade will be completed automatically for you when another player accepts the offer.
Join Other Players’ Raids
If you see a player hosting a Max Raid featuring one of the newly reintroduced Pokemon, you can join the battle and potentially catch it. If your team is able to defeat the Dynamaxed Pokemon, everyone who participated in the Raid will have a chance to capture the monster, even if you don’t own the Isle of Armor DLC. However, you will need to have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to join any online Raids.
