Avage rakenduses Nest oma telefon ja valige põhiekraanilt oma Nest termostaat.

Vasakpoolses alanurgas allapoole puudutage “Heat”. Samuti võib see öelda “Jahutada”, sõltuvalt sellest, mis teil juba sellel on.

Ilmub hüpikaken, mis annab teile mitu võimalust. Kui soovite oma kliimaseadmele lülituda, puudutage valikut “Jahutus”. Kui soovite küttele minna, puudutage “Heat”. Nest Thermostat saate siit ka välja lülitada ja seal on isegi seade, kus saate korraga valida nii Heat and Cool (Kuum ja jahutus). (Me arutame seda veel mõne minuti pärast.)

Kui lülitate kuumelt jahtuma, lülitub termostaadi seatud temperatuur automaatselt kõrgemale seadistusele ja sealt saate seda vastavalt vajadusele reguleerida. See käivitub vastupidi, kui lülitate jahutusest soojemale, langedes viimase temperatuurini, mille seadisite sellel enne, kui lülitasite selle Cool’ile.

Kui lülitate sisse “Heat-Cool”, lülitub Nest termostaat automaatselt sisse ahju või konditsioneer, kui see on vajalik, mitte ainult ühe või teise lubatud üheaegselt.

Selle seadistuse abil saate seada temperatuuri vahemiku, mille abil soovite oma maja hoida, ja Nest Thermostat hoolitseb selle eest kõik automaatselt, ilma et peaksite Heat / Cool vahel lülituma käsitsi edasi ja tagasi.

Nesti termostaadil

Üleminek kuumalt jahtuma ja vastupidi kasutab rakenduses sama meetodit, kuid ilmselgelt on see Nest-termostaadi väiksemal ekraanil natuke erinev.

Peamenüü kuvamiseks vajutage Nest-termostaadi seadet.

Kasutage hõbedast kerimisratast ja minge “termostaat”. Selle valimiseks vajutage seadmel.

Sealt sirvige ja valige kas “Heat”, “Cool”, “Heat-Cool” või “Off”, nagu oleksite Nest rakenduses.

Seade “Heat-Cool” võib olla hea, kui hooajad muutuvad lihtsalt, mis tähendab, et see muutub soojemaks väljaspool, kuid seal on veel päevi, kus see võib külmuda (ja vastupidi – sügisel). Selle tulemusena hoiab Heat-Cool seade end pidevalt ümber ja kaugemale kuumutamise ja jahutamise vahel, kui ilmastik ei ole etteaimatav.
