How many episodes are in Raising Kanan? Season 1 finale date revealed

Power Book III: Raising Kanan began on 18th July 2021, with new episodes airing weekly on Sundays and has been everyones Sunday saviour for the past month.
Future episodes of Raising Kanan may see younger versions of Power characters such as Tommy and Ghost. As the show progresses through the decade we will see the characters grow, and inevitably more fantastic 90’s fashion and music.
However, many are desperate to find out how many Sundays of Raising Kanan they have left to enjoy until the finale.

How many episodes are in Raising Kanan?
- There are 10 episodes in Raising Kanan season one.
The series will be available on Starzplay, which you can subscribe to via Amazon Prime Video for an additional £4.99 per month.
The last episode was number five which was titled ‘Choose Your Battles’ and was released yesterday, Sunday 15th August, on Starplayz.
The next episode will come to screens next Sunday, August 22nd where we will see what happens between Raq and Unique and whether things will escalate as Scrap enters enemy territory.

Season 1 finale date revealed
- Raising Kanan finale will air on the 19th of September.
Before the first season, US network Starz reportedly commissioned a second season of the crime prequel;
“One season isn’t enough to tell the coming of age story of Kanan Stark and his mother, Raq, a fierce and successful woman who is a force of nature,” said the Starz president and CEO, Jeffrey Hirsch. “The anticipation globally for more of the Power Universe made it clear that the Kanan story needs to continue.”
There are four more episodes until the finale and we will see whether Raq and Kanan’s relationship survives. More importantly, whether last weeks shocking news will cause tears throughout the family.
