BATAM, KOMPAS.com - Mitsubishi XForce kini resmi hadir di Kota Batam. Berbeda dengan wilayah lain, di Batam mobil yang mengisi segmen SUV B ini punya banderol lebih murah.
Seperti diketahui melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 Tahun 2007 tentang Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas, konsumen di Batam dibebaskan dari pengenaan bea masuk, Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dan Pajak Penjualan Atas Barang Mewah (PPnBM).
Budi Dermawan, Group Head Regional Sales & Marketing Division Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI), mengatakan, adapun konsumen XForce di Batam tidak dikenakan PPN sebesar 11 persen.

"Iya di Batam ini bisa dibilang harganya paling murah di Indonesia," ujar Budi saat dikonfirmasi di Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Kamis (26/10/2023).
Di Batam Mitsubishi XForce Ultimate CVT dibanderol Rp 385.000.000 sedangkan varian Exceed CVT seharga Rp 355.000.000. Lebih murah dari harga on the road (OTR) Jakarta, di mana varian Ultimate seharga Rp 412.900.000 dan Exceed yaitu Rp 379.900.000.
Selain Batam, di Indonesia, Kawasan Bebas berada di tiga wilayah lain yakni Sabang, Bintan, dan Karimun. Namun Budi belum mengonfirmasi harga XForce di ketiga tempat tersebut.

"Saya belum konfirmasi untuk di Sabang ya," katanya.
XForce meluncur di GIIAS 2023, mobil baru ini menjadi penantang terakhir di segmen SUV ringkas yang dihuni Hyundai Creta, Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Yaris Cross, Wuling Alvez, dan Honda HR-V.
Secara keseluruhan, desain X-Force terlihat mirip dengan XFC Concept yang pertama kali diperkenalkan di pameran Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) pada Februari 2023 lalu.
