Ghosts Season 3 - What We Know So Far

Since Season 2 of "Ghosts" is still airing at press time, one can only make an educated guess as to what Seasons 3's time slot and start date will be. While Season 1 of "Ghosts" got a late start date and began airing on October 7, 2021, its success meant that Season 2 got off to an earlier start and began airing on September 29, 2022. Variety reports that the show has been doing boffo numbers, regularly clearing 9.2 million viewers in the Nielsen Live-Plus-7 ratings, which is nearly a streaming-era miracle. Between DVR rewatches and those who view the show in such locales at the official CBS website and Paramount+, that means that "Ghosts" regularly tops 10 million viewers per episode.
With numbers that good, don't be surprised if the 3rd season of "Ghosts" begins airing in mid-to-late September for the 2023-2024 season. Much as Season 2 did, it's likely that the program will tape over the spring and summer months of 2023, with filming wrapping in the early fall.
