Fans react to 'Giga Chad dead' reports

An online hoax started circulating on social media that claimed Instagram star Ernest Khalimov, aka Giga Chad, is dead after a car accident.
It doesn’t take long for fake reports to circulate on the internet as celebrities and social media influencers get targeted by rumours all the time.
In the case of an online personality Ernest Khalimov, many people were confused after a report claimed that he had died from a car accident.
Ernest Khalimov’s car accident hoax debunked
There haven’t been any official news reports that an online personality with the name of Ernest Khalimov has died from a car accident.
Many social media users felt reluctant to believe the false rumours as they have come from uncredible sources.
By the looks of Ernest’s Instagram profile and that of Sleek’ N’ Tears, a project he is associated with, there haven’t been any unusual publications so far.
A lot of people have claimed that Ernest could be a digital creation of Sleek’ N’ Tears creator Krista Sudmalis. The model’s face looks very familiar to this of Artur Farad, another person who has modelled for the project.

Ernest shared an Instagram post recently
The person who runs Ernest’s Instagram profile shared a post on the account a few days ago to thank followers for their support and kind messages.
“Hello, I have read all the comments and messages,” the Instagram post says. “Think so. Must admit I’m shocked that there are so many of you and that you are not negative. Sorry for not answering. I’m not very sociable (T.rex), but it was pleased to read. In any case I have nothing to say to you, probably because I look much more interesting from your words. It’s very flattering and overshadows my commonness.”
Moreover, the post added: “Thanks for your kind words. Thank you for the positive energy, don’t doubt guys I mentally return it to you. Take your time and keep calm. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Yours faithfully, Average person.”

Who is Ernest Khalimov?
Ernest Khalimov is a model and online personality, who rose to fame under the name of ‘Giga Chad meme’.
He has an Instagram handle @berlin.1969 where he has amassed 206,000 followers at the time of writing.
It hasn’t been confirmed whether Ernest is actually a real person or has been inspired by the appearances of other models photographed by artist Krista Sudmalis.
Krista is known for running the project Sleek’ N’ Tears’ which has attracted a huge fan base on several social media platforms.
As explained on the account’s Facebook profile, Sleek’ N’ Tears is an “Art Family Project” from photo artist Krista Sudmalis. It is “based on the idea of ICONic Male Beauty”, the description adds.
