Bridget Munro Obirtuary; SBS Producer Bridget Munro Passes Away After ‘massive seizure’.
Bridget Munro, a senior producer at SBS World News, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday after suffering a “massive seizure.” Her friends and coworkers have paid tribute to her.
Adrian Arciuli, an SBS presenter, who is married to Ms. Munro, broke the heartbreaking news on social media Friday night.
Mr. Arciuli and their two young children, Margot and Gracie, survive her.
He posted a picture of Ms. Munro on Instagram along with the caption, “At 3.50pm on Wednesday, November 22nd our lives changed forever as our darling Bridgie tragically passed away unexpectedly following a massive seizure.”
“It’s hard to fathom that this was the last photo I would take of my soulmate only 10 days ago, as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary and our first outing alone since Margot was born in April. We felt like 17-year-old kids sneaking out for a date.
“Fittingly, this picture displays all of her amazing qualities that we all came to love.
“Her beauty, her bubbling personality, her warmth, her spirit, her compassion and so many other things that have made her one of the best people on this planet.
“Our lives will never be the same and our hearts have shattered into a million pieces.
“While mine and so many other hearts will have a massive hole in it for the rest of our lives, day by day, we will celebrate you and honour your legacy by making sure we raise our beautiful girls Gracie and Margot to be just like their amazing Mummy.
“My darling Bridge, I will love you forever.”
