9-1-1 season 4 has cranked up the tension with each new episode but just when is the release date and time for episode 14?
Season 4 of 9-1-1 has been one of the show’s most thrilling instalments yet.
That was certainly the case in episode 13 which ended on a dramatic cliffhanger that has fans chomping at the bit to watch the next episode.
But just when is 14 episode 14 of 9-1-1 season 4 due to air on Fox and what will the episode entail?

9-1-1 season 4 on Fox
Season 4 of Fox’s 9-1-1 began airing on January 18th, 2021, several months later than originally planned thanks to a certain pandemic.
Despite the late start, 9-1-1 has proven to be as enthralling as ever as the show’s first responders have faced a series of challenges like never before.
Episode 13, in particular, ended in dramatic fashion as an unidentified sniper shot Eddie Diaz just before the credits rolled, leaving fans fearing for the much-loved character.
When is episode 14?
- Episode 14 of 9-1-1 season 4 will air on Fox at 8/7c on Tuesday, May 24th.
The episode promises to be a must-watch for 9-1-1 fans as the fate of Eddie Diaz west left hanging in the balance at the end of the previous chapter.
While it doesn’t give much away, the synopsis for episode 14 reads:
“In the aftermath of the shooting, Athena and the 118 are on high alert when a sniper is targeting members of the LAFD. Meanwhile, Maddie makes a life decision.”
How many episodes in total?
- Season 4 of 9-1-1 consists of 14 episodes in total.
That’s right, the upcoming episode is the season 4 finale.
As well as causing season 4 to start late, the Covid-19 pandemic and delay in filming have also resulted in a shorter season.
In fact, season 4 is the shortest instalment of 9-1-1 since season 1, which only featured 10 episodes. Seasons 2 and 3, meanwhile, both consisted of 18 episodes.
Thankfully, fans won’t be left wondering about the fate of 9-1-1 as Fox renewed the show for season 5 on May 17th.
9-1-1 season 4 concludes on Fox with episode 14 on May 25th, 2021.
