Brayden Bowers Has New Career Plans

On The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast, Brayden explained that he’s currently a traveling psychiatric nurse, but he wants to go back to school. Originally, the plan was to go to medical school, but now he’s rethinking that and wants to become a nurse practitioner. Therefore, he has been liking the fact that, a traveling nurse, he can bounce around from contract to contract so that he doesn’t get burnt out. Brayden doesn’t want to be stuck in one specific schedule, and the pay is a lot better.

Brayden also likes to mix up what he’s doing, and has worked in psych and hospice. He also has thought about getting his license extended to a different state, but he loves the beach so much and made so many friends, that he might stay in San Diego. Brayden might look for a more permanent job.

Brayden revealed that, now that he has returned to work, his patients don’t really recognize him from The Bachelorette because he’s very different when he’s working. He has fun with his patients, but he doesn’t have the “wildness” he has in his non-work life. He’s professional and wants his patients to feel like they’re being taken care of. In addition, Brayden said that he’s in “incognito mode” by growing out his facial hair, having longer hair, and not wearing his dangling earrings.

According Reality Steve, Brayden might make an appearance on Bachelor in Paradise season 9. He heard his name floated around as a possible contestant. Although nothing is confirmed, it’s easy to imagine Brayden making waves on the beaches of Mexico. He’d be an ideal Bachelor in Paradise contestant.

On The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast, Brayden said that, if he went to Paradise, he’d have to watch Zach Shallcross’ season in order to get to know the women who might appear on season 9. He added that he would like to understand the concept of the show, since he wasn’t really sure about what was happening on The Bachelorette.

Brayden also said that he would do things differently on Bachelor in Paradise, stating that, although he wouldn’t change too much, he’d like to try to be nicer. He also wants to try to be more considerate, and not roast the other guys too often. Brayden said he’d worry more about interacting with others as well. He added that he isn’t one to hold a grudge, so he would be able to be civil with Aaron Bryant, with whom he clashed before he left The Bachelorette.

Brayden was one of the most polarizing Bachelorette season 20 contestants, but he definitely made his mark on the show. Whether fans love him or not, they can’t deny that he made things interesting. Brayden has a bright future ahead of him and will hopefully turn up on screens again on Bachelor in Paradise season 9.
