Varun Sood started his career as an athlete and played for the national Under-19 cricket team. Later, he shifted his focus towards fitness and became a fitness trainer. He then appeared on various reality TV shows such as Roadies, Splitsvilla, Ace of Space, and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi. He also made his acting debut with the web series Ragini MMS Returns in 2017.
