A few days later, Houten ran another test on Toni’s sample. He found a little speck of Bob’s blood under her left thumbnail and his DNA on the right side of her palm.
Police called Bob again and said they had proof that he was lying. It’s not something he likes to think about. He was very fond of Toni. The jury said there wasn’t enough evidence for him to be arrested.

Toni Heartsong has been married to her husband for more than 20 years, and they have two children. Her partner and two kids, Jake and Eli, are still alive.
