Stuart Crichton has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Silver Mountain Mines Inc., with effect from 22 April 2015. Mr. Crichton is a seasoned professional chartered accountant with more than 35 years of working in both public and private resource and investment companies, as well as experience in public accounting practices for a major accounting firm. Mr. Crichton brings expertise in accounting, treasury, business start-up, planning and analysis, as well as both internal and external auditing following 11 years as financial executive with a private specialty fund manager and investment holding company. He also had significant involvement in formation and growth of royalty entities through transactions valued in excess of $190-million. Mr. Crichton previously spent four years as controller/CFO of CAnada's largest, independent, crude oil marketing company and 10 years of increasing responsibility with a large public oil and gas company.
