For 14 months, the actor ate nothing but organic food. Sean’s kitchen had no room for junk food or processed foods.
Sean changed his focus from food that wasn’t organic to vegetables and fruits that were. Synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers can hurt your health in ways that affect how you digest food and, in the long run, how you look.
Also, Murray stopped drinking, which he later vowed to do for good. If you drink two cans of beer every day for a week, you will add 8100 kilojoules to your body. This will cause you to gain a lot of weight in a month.
Murray’s body started to change as soon as he stopped drinking. He started to look thinner, and his body started to look different. Getting off of alcohol is very good for your health, both physically and mentally. Also, you’ll have better skin on your face if you don’t drink any alcohol.
Sean worked out, which was another thing he did that helped him reach his goal. If you give your body all the healthy things it needs but don’t make time to exercise, all your hard work will be for nothing.
Exercise gets all the nutrients in your body moving and gets rid of the fat that isn’t good for you. Sean reached his goal every week after making three big changes to his diet.
