Samantha Gladden Car Accident: Samantha Gladden passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, following a vehicle accident. The unexpected passing of Chavez has devastated his loved ones. She was pronounced dead as a result of the severe injuries she suffered in the
accident.

This was her first year as captain at Lugoff-Elgin High School, where she participated in the marching band and played the flute in the concert band. She has also participated in the Colour Guard and Winter Guard since the seventh grade.

Even when she went to compete, she would never leave the house without Soybean, her favourite stuffed animal. She worked very hard at her practise, but what mattered most to her was the love she felt.

Sam possessed traits like kindness, compassion, and ingenuity. She loved engaging with her brother and the other kids in the neighbourhood, as well as painting and making bracelets. She was renowned for giving the cosiest hugs ever and loved animals dearly, especially her dog “Rowdy.”
