RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson Responds To Dorinda Medley's Brutal Comments

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has wasted no time responding to her co-star Dorinda Medley‘s brutal comments. Vicki and Dorinda were in the spotlight last week after the latter slammed her co-star’s life choices while speaking on her SiriusXM podcast, Make It Nice.
What Did Dorinda Medley Say?
Dorinda questioned Vicki’s reputation by calling her out for dating people who pretend to have cancer. She said,
“Like, you may not like my life, but I also don’t date people that pretend to have cancer, you know what I mean?”
Dorinda’s comment was about Vicki’s relationship with her ex, Brooks Ayers, who forged medical documents to make people believe he was treated for cancer at City of Hope.
However, she did not stop but proceeded to hit Vicki with yet another shot. Dorinda slammed her co-star for having a relationship with Steve Lodge, who left her for his present wife, Janis Carlson. She said,
“I also don’t date men that leave you for women that are half their age. You wanna get mean, I’ll get mean.”
Why Did Dorinda Say All That?
Dorinda made these comments after the 60-year-old Vicki Gunvalson criticized her “old” Blue Stone Manor home. Vicki slammed Dorinda’s home while discussing places she could stay for the forthcoming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club.
Dorinda responded to Vicki’s criticism of her home by acknowledging that even though the property is old, Architectural Digest featured it. She also added that renowned architect Stanford White built the house.
The 57-year-old also said Vicki has no taste, which is why she can’t understand a home-like Blue Stone Manor. She argued that Vicki should have talked about her home respectfully even though she didn’t like it.
Vicki Gunvalson’s Response To Dorinda
Vicki responded to Dorinda’s comments via a comment on an Instagram post. The reality television star called Dorinda the “nasty one.”
She also explained that she never said anything bad about Dorinda’s home but that it was good if the latter was happy with it. Vicki added,
“I also said her house is in the middle of nowhere (truth) and it’s old (truth). Defensive much? Saying I don’t have taste? That’s a joke – my taste is definitely different than hers AND she was horrible to most people who stayed there. It was miserable.”
With Dorinda and Vicki going at each other, one can only wonder the kind of drama they will be involved in when The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club premieres on June 23rd. Whatever happens, the fans are in for a good time.
