Ranadall Ricketts Car Accident: 58-Year-Old Foxborough Resident Ranadall Ricketts Dies in Fatal Car Crash

Ranadall Ricketts Car Accident: A Foxborough resident, Ranadall Ricketts, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident on Route 95 in North Attleborough on Monday afternoon. When a Cadillac SUV that had crossed over from the southbound lanes struck Randall Ricketts’ vehicle, the 58-year-old lost his life. The SUV driver fled the scene but was later arrested and charged.

The fatal crash occurred around 4 p.m. on August 29th along a stretch of Route 95 near Exit 7. According to Massachusetts State Police, 50-year-old Joseph Pompei was driving a Buick sedan southbound when he struck the rear of a Cadillac Escalade, causing it to veer through the grass median into oncoming northbound traffic.

Ricketts’ Jaguar and the out-of-control Escalade then collided head-on. The devastating impact killed Ricketts on the scene. After tragically failing attempts to revive him, first responders declared him dead.

The Escalade driver, a 61-year-old Providence man, was rushed to Rhode Island Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Two passengers, a woman and a 5-year-old child, were also hospitalised with non-life-threatening wounds.
