Pupentine’s Day helps QCAWC help animals

Help the Quad Cities Animal Welfare Center (QCAWC) and have fun at the second annual Pupentine’s Day event on Thursday, February 8 from 5-8 p.m. at the Office Bar and Lounge, 116 W. Third Street in Davenport. All proceeds will be donated to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center to help local animals in need.
The fun includes:
- Silent Auction
- 50/50 Raffle
- Photo Booth to take photos with the adoptable shelter pets
- $2 dollars off your first specialty cocktail when donating an item from the QCAWC Wish List
- Food from The Breakroom
- Meet John Michael Schmitz Jr., center with the New York Giants (#61), who will be doing a signing and taking photos during the event.
QCAWC is also partnering with Pets for the Elderly for discounted adoptions for older residents. Seniors ages 60 years old and older can adopt an adult dog for a reduced fee of $50 and adopt an adult cat for a reduced fee of $25.
