The Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL) are coached by Mike McDaniel.

In 2005, McDaniel worked as a Denver Broncos intern to begin his coaching career in the NFL. He has previously worked as Mike and Kyle Shanahan’s longtime assistant. He has mostly focused on coaching offense during his 17-year coaching career.

The player served as an assistant coach with the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, Washington Redskins, and Houston Texans from 2006 and 2021. He first held the position as offensive coordinator in 2021.

The athlete played in two Super Bowls, the first in 2017 with the Falcons and the second in 2020 with the 49ers. He spent five seasons with the 49ers, mostly as the run game coordinator.

Aurora, Colorado, is the hometown of Mike Mcdaniel. The football coach was born on March 6, 1983, and is currently 39 years old.

He graduated from Smoky Hill High School in 2001. At Yale, where he majored in history, he played wide receiver in college football.

He was selected by the Miami Dolphins to be their fourteenth head coach on February 6, 2022. The athlete was hired by the Cleveland Browns in 2014 to work as head coach Mike Pettine’s wide receivers coach.

He was hired by the Atlanta Falcons in 2015 to serve as Dan Quinn’s offensive assistant coach. The player and the Falcons advanced to Super Bowl LI in the 2016 campaign, where they fell to the New England Patriots, 34-28, in overtime after leading 28-3 at the half.
