Kirk Baily was an American actor who died on February 28 at the age of 59 from lung cancer. TMZ learned of the sudden passing of the former Nickelodeon star from his family. His death was also announced by his friends on social media. Baily was diagnosed with lung cancer six months ago. Until last year, he worked as a voice actor in animated films.
All About Kirk Baily’s Professional Life
Kirk Baily is best known for playing Kevin “Ug” Lee on the Nickelodeon comedy series Salute Your Shorts, which premiered in 1991. He appeared in 26 episodes of the show as the title character. In the mid-1990s, Baily also starred in a number of TV shows and movies. In eight episodes of 1998’s Trigun, he played the adult Millions Knives. Later in his career, the New York native worked as a voice actor in cartoons and cartoons. His credits include Mobile Suit Gundam, Aladdin, Cowboy Bebop, Hotel Transylvania, Despicable Me 2, Frozen, and Big Hero Six. He also appears in the upcoming DC animated series DC League of Super-Pets.
From 2002 to 2004, Baily played various roles in the English dub of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. In addition to his movies and TV shows, the 59-year-old also works on computer games. Among his many credits is Star Trek: Travel – Elite Force. Hack series, Shadow Hearts: Covenant and Condemned 2: Bloodshot. Baily worked as an ADR specialist on projects before entering the entertainment industry. He was most likely a theater instructor in New York City. He moved to Los Angeles in 1987 to pursue acting and voice acting.
