Is there an episode 11 in Bel-Air season 1? Peacock future confirmed

Peacock’s dramatic re-telling of Will Smith’s story from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air has certainly made for intriguing viewing since it premiered back in February, especially as the real-life Will Smith has dominated the news recently.
On March 31st, the tenth episode of Bel-Air’s opening season gripped viewers as it saw Will come face-to-face with an unexpected arrival in California.
But following the cliffhanger ending, fans have been left asking if Bel-Air will return for episode 11 and beyond.

Bel-Air episode 10 recap
Episode 10 of Bel-Air flew onto Peacock on Thursday, March 31st, 2022.
Titled Where To?, the episode saw a secret romance between Jazz and Hilary revealed while she later partners herself with a top influencer to help further her career.
Elsewhere, Vivian teamed up with Reid in an effort to help other artists of colour land opportunities with the art fellowship.
And finally, the unexpected arrival of Will’s father Lou (played by Marlon Wayans), turns the whole situation in Bel-Air on its head.
Will is pleased to see his father, who had been in prison for the last three years, but when Lou begins criticising Will’s mother, Vy, it almost leads to an altercation between the pair while Will is also unhappy that his aunt and uncle lied to him about the whereabouts of his father.
Will there be an episode 11 of Bel-Air in season 1?
Bel-Air’s first season will not feature an episode 11.
That’s because season 1 of the Peacock series only consists of 10 episodes in total.
After premiering with its first three chapters back in February, Bel-Air has continued airing each week on Thursdays.
However, that was until the tenth and final episode of season 1 aired on March 31st, the dramatic cliffhanger leaving fans hungry for more.
The story doesn’t end there
While season 1 of Bel-Air has ended, the future of the series has already been confirmed and it will be returning for season 2.
When Bel-Air was first announced back in October 2020, it was revealed the show had been given a two-season order.
The early renewal means that fans won’t need to worry about the fate of the show like many series that only get picked up for one season at a time.
Although, whether or not plans change following the real Will Smith’s exploits at the Oscars remains to be seen.
Season 1 of Bel-Air is available to stream now in full on Peacock after the finale aired on March 31st, 2022.
