How to Make Raspberry Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
  • Ice cubes
  • 8 oz. gin
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans tonic water

Instructions

  1. In pot, combine honey, 2 rosemary sprigs, raspberries and ¼ cup water; over medium heat, bring to simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend, about 2 min. Strain; cool.
  2. Fill 6 cocktail glasses halfway with ice. Divide gin and raspberry syrup among glasses. Top with tonic; stir. Garnish with remaining rosemary sprigs, and if desired, additional raspberries.
