Heather Guerra Car Accident: Is accused guilty or innocent in fatal 2020 crash in Harris County, TX.

On 20th of July 2020, following a two-vehicle car accident, a juvenile died, three more people were injured, and Heather Guerra was accused.

The fatal incident happened at the intersection of Spur 330 Feeder Road and West Baker Road shortly before five o’clock in the evening.

Mrs. Guerra’s white SUV ran a red light at the Baker intersection when it was travelling inbound on the feeder route, according to information provided to media outlets by local officials. After that, the SUV impacted a Chevy pickup, which then overturned and collided with two more stopped cars at the junction. Guerra’s car kept going and eventually collided with a third vehicle before stopping.

Four individuals were airlifted to Hermann Hospital by paramedics, including Mrs. Guerra, the driver of the pickup, an adult passenger, and a kid in her SUV. The injuries sustained by the individuals were varied. Later, a serious head injury claimed the life of the 5-year-old child who was travelling with Guerra.

Although drugs were discovered by the police to be with Mrs. Guerra at the scene of the crash, it is unknown if drug use played a role.

Guerra is accused of manslaughter by vehicle.
