In Season 2 of “Claim to Fame,” which begins Monday, June 26 on ABC, twelve new “nepotist kids” attempt to keep the names of their famous relatives a secret. . Gabriel correctly guessed in Episode 2 that Neil deGrasse Tyson is Travis’ father. Travis and Jane work together to find out who Shayne is before Travis is sent home.

Jane (Third Type)

Jane is Dolly Parton’s niece!

Jane insists her father is a Grammy Award-winning musician. If she lied about her relationship with Dolly Parton, we think she could be one of her many nieces. And we were right!

In Episode 3, Jane, Monday, and Shayne work together to find the message that Jane and Chris are worried about. Clues have hints like “puppy love” and “Russian” and Jane thinks one of them is about Tennessee. The tip could go to Jane or Chris, who we still feel is the son of Donny Osmond (see below for more).

Jane worries that the word “puppy love” refers to Dolly Parton’s “Puppy Love,” the first song she ever charted. Jane is the guesser of the night. She thinks Chris is connected to Elvis Presley, which is wrong. She was disqualified from the race for having guessed wrong. Her real name is Jada Star. Her aunt Dolly gave her that name and she appeared in a movie when Jada was fired.

Shayne (Fourth Type)

At the end of Episode 4, Cole surprised Shayne by telling her that her father was the famous actor Eddie Murphy. Cole’s choice was “completely unexpected” Shayne and most other players felt the same way, especially Monay, Shayne’s best friend, who vowed immediate revenge.
