Carolee Dwer Car Accident: Carolee Dwer, 44, was recognised by authorities as the lady who died after being hit by a car and wedged between a house and a car.

On Sunday, in the 13800 block of West Cypress Forest Drive, close to Grant Road and Jones Road, a Ford Explorer that may have been travelling too fast for the conditions off the road struck a woman who was crossing it.

The car then crashed into a house, trapping Dwer inside. At the scene, she was pronounced deceased. The Ford driver was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a handgun and failing to stop and render aid (death), according to the authorities.

The accident is still being investigated.
