Emma Myers is a 20-year-old who rose to fame by starring as Enid Sinclair in the 2022 Netflix series Wednesday. Previously she was known for playing a role in the movie Girl In The Basement. 

Emma began her acting career as a child actress in 2010 by playing the role of Paige Slayton in the TV series called ‘The Glades’. Later she was seen starring in the TV series Dead of Night (2020) and A Taste of Christmas (2020). Besides these films and tv series, Emma was also seen in short films like Deathless, which is set in a post-apocalyptic time where humans can’t die or grow.  

Wednesday is a 2022 Netflix series that is an adaptation of the tv show The Addams Family. It follows the story of Wednesday, which is a character in the show The Addams Family, on her adventure of self-discovery at Nevermore Academy. Emma Plays the role of Wednesday’s roommate Enid Sinclair who is a werewolf and constantly tries to be her friend despite Wednesday’s cold personality.

Girl in The Basement (2021)

Girl In The Basement is a 2021 film which is based on real life events of the infamous Elizabeth Fritzl. The film begins with a teen girl Sarah who is born into an abusive family and can’t wait to turn eighteen so she can move out of her house. But, on the night she turned eighteen, her controlling father lures her into the basement of their house, which had been turned into a holding cell by him. 

The rest of the film follows Sarah and his father, Don, who holds her captive and abuses her while she tries to find ways to escape. Girl in the Basement is a horrific real-life story of Elizabeth Fritzl, who had been held by her father Don, and abused for 24 years. The film stars Stefanie Scott, Judd Nelson, Emma Myers, and others.

Wednesday is a 2022 comedy horror series based on the character Wednesday from The Addams Family. It follows the story of Wednesday as she is transferred to Nevermore Academy, a school for monsters, after she is expelled from her previous school for leaving piranhas in the boys swimming pool. 

Wednesday has difficulty befriending anyone due to her cold and reserved demeanor, so she lives like an outcast but later realizes that she has psychic powers, which helps her solve a murder mystery and boosts her popularity among her peers. The series is a Netflix original that consists of 8 episodes. It became a huge hit among its viewers in the first week of its airing. Wednesday stars Jenna Ortega, Gwendoline Christie, Emma Myers, Riki Lindhome, and others.

Letters to God is a 2010 Christian film about a young boy Tyler Doherty who strongly believes in God and writes letters to him. One day, when he decides to take a vacation, he tells his boss about Tyler’s letters and gives him all the letters he has received.

His boss appoints Brady McDaniels, who is a former veteran and an alcoholic, as Tyler’s new mailman. The rest of the film shows Tyler’s life at school as he is bullied by a guy named Alex and Brady’s struggles to become a good mailman while he reads Tyler’s letters which changes his life and strengthens his faith in God. One day, while on a trip to Miami, he has a chance encounter with Noa Hollander who is a superstar and model.

Despite being from two different worlds, they fall for each other and try to work through their differences to be together. The series is an adaption of the Israeli show ‘Beauty and The Baker’ which aired in 2017 and was super popular. The Beauty and the Baker aired in 2020 with a total of 9 episodes. It was cancelled after one season because of poor responses from its viewers.

Deathless is a 2020 short sci-fi film set in a post-apocalyptic time starring Chase Anderson, Katie Carpenter, Alex Collins, Emma Myers, and others. It follows the story of two twin sisters called ‘The Living Sisters’ who are the only human births since ‘the incident happened and the world became a place where nobody can die, grow old or get pregnant.  

It follows the twins as they try to survive in the unchanging world while hiding from the three thieves who are trying to hunt them down. The film starring Emma Myers is a YouTube Original with a duration of just 11 minutes.
