Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah Reach Amicable Custody Settlement for 5-Month-Old Son, Roman

Afara “loves old people” in a normal and healthy way, and Pacino is 83, which should be very happy for him. Last we heard, these crazy kids picked up a kid and named him Roman. This reminds us of all those TV actors who had serious issues with their ex-dads.
But then everything got confusing and Alfara filed a lawsuit to get full custody of her children. While we wonder if something is wrong in the Pacino-Alfalla family, everything seems to be fine. According to “Page Six,” the couple (who still appear to be a couple) have decided to “battle for control,” if that’s the case.
Last month, The Blast reported that Alfalla had requested legal custody of Roman in court, which would give Pacino “reasonable visitation” as well as a say in important parenting decisions such as education, religion and healthcare.

While Pacino considers the new family member, his fourth child and Alfara’s first child, “very special,” the couple appears to see Alfara as Roman’s guardian. The documents also allegedly include a signed form acknowledging that Pacino and Afala are the child’s biological parents.
Al Pacino Child Support and Alimony Laws
He is required to pay monthly alimony of US$30,000 (approximately Rs 24 million) and the amount will increase depending on his annual income. Official documents have revealed that Al Pacino and his recent girlfriend Noor Alfallah have agreed on custody of their children.
Noor Alfarah welcomed their son Roman in June. Under this arrangement, they would provide legal care for the Romans. Noor will have primary physical custody and Al will have visitation rights.
Both parents will cooperate on matters related to holidays, school decisions and participation in extracurricular activities, TMZ reports. He also said that in terms of alimony, Al will initially pay $110,000 (roughly Rs. 90,68,877) and will later be responsible for alimony of $30,000 per month. In addition, he is required to contribute US$15,000 (approximately Rs 1,249,021.10) every year for the scholarship and will pay another US$90,000 (approximately Rs 7,494,173.76) at the end of the year, depending on his income.
‘A good compromise’ While child support establishes a Pacino pedigree, Alfara benefits from closed support. Court documents reviewed by Insider show that the couple will receive custody of their son, but Alfallah will have primary physical custody.

Also, the agreement is more important than the opinion or estate plan because the last two are non-binding. Walzer said Pacino always changed it and that the alimony agreement was binding on both parties.
As for Afara, the 29-year-old actress will also seek safety for herself and her children.
“My mother is probably worried,” Walzer said. “He’s an old man, maybe he has dementia, maybe he’s dying. He needs security and who knows how strong their relationship is.”
Alfara’s lawyer did not respond to requests for comment over the weekend. .
